Trainers

Are you a trainer experienced in the delivery of conflict management and physical intervention skills?

Maybo is currently seeking to appoint part time trainers with relevant practical and delivery experience. We will consider applications from people who are interested in employment or contractual work.

Maybo is a professional training organisation committed to working to the highest standards across all functions. We provide comprehensive continuing professional development for all trainers working for us.

The criteria we have set as a base for all of our trainers is the requirement to have attained the following:

·           A national recognised training qualification in delivering learning to adults i.e. City & Guilds 7303 or equivalent 
     ·           A Certificate for Deliverers of Conflict Management Training i.e. City & Guilds 1886 or equivalent 
     ·           Personal experience of managing workplace violence and aggression.
