Trainers

Maybo occasionally has vacancies for trainers with relevant practical and delivery experience. We consider full time as an employee or part time as a contractor.

Maybo is a professional training organisation committed to working to the highest standards across all functions. We provide comprehensive continuing professional development for all trainers working for us.

We require professionals with both training and conflict management experience. The criteria we have set ideally as a base for all of our trainers is the requirement to have attained the following:

·           A national recognised training qualification in delivering learning to adults i.e. City & Guilds 7302 or equivalent 
     ·           A Certificate for Deliverers of Conflict Management Training i.e. City & Guilds 1886 or equivalent 
     ·           Personal experience of managing workplace violence and aggression.
