Direct training

Tutors nominated by the organisation are trained direct by Maybo to deliver the programmes that meet the different needs within their organisations. Maybo draws on the experience of training over one thousand trainers from across different sectors and provides tutors and employers with comprehensive on going support and development to ensure a sustainable solution.

On-line learning and resources

Maybo can help clients to reduce time away from work and costs through a blended learning approach. This allows staff to gain the conflict resolution theory on-line and through workplace projects. This ensures that direct training time is optimised to develop practical skills and confidence.

Maybo produces tailored e-learning, leaflets, manuals, training aids or videos that enable staff to carry out much of the learning at a time convenient to them.
