Maybo: Managing Conflict

Maybo Newsletter

Welcome to Maybo's fifteenth e-newsletter.

The first ever two day conference to extend learning in conflict management will be held on June 8 and 9 2006. The conference will give training and safety professionals the first opportunity to further their skills and knowledge, progress their continuing professional development (CPD) and network with colleagues and industry shapers.

Experts in various aspects of managing aggression will be providing masterclasses throughout the two days. This will give trainers, risk managers and health and safety managers the opportunity to find out how they can improve their own skills and policies. Some masterclasses will be relevant to all sectors, others are specific to healthcare, security, transport, retail or local government.

The conference sponsor is City & Guilds. The first ConflictPro awards will be presented at the awards dinner on June 8. Tickets are £320, including both days and the awards dinner. Those purchased before April 14 will have a £40 discount. To book log on at http://www.conflictproconference.com .
