Maybo: Managing Conflict

Maybo Newsletter

Welcome to Maybo's eleventh e-newsletter.

This month several organisations in Wales – the NHS, a nursing body and the Health and Safety Executive within Wales - published the All Wales Violence and Aggression Training Passport and Information Scheme. The hope is that it will lead to more effective use of resources, consistency in tackling violence and aggression and improvements in the health and wellbeing of staff.

Importantly it also recognises the need for measuring training standards and sees the benefits of gaining recognised qualifications.
