Maybo: Managing Conflict

Maybo Newsletter

Welcome to Maybo's seventh e-newsletter.

Maybo is experiencing a dramatic increase in uptake in its management review and guidance service, which demonstrates that purchasers are becoming more discerning and increasingly careful about getting their conflict management strategy right.

This is against a backdrop of a 40% increase in training delivered in the last six months, compared with the same period last year. Bill Fox, chairman of Maybo said: "It is very exciting to be at the forefront of an industry that is increasingly demonstrating its value to employees and employers, and so taking an important part in organisations' policies and training programmes."

Conflict management policy and training is becoming more clearly defined. Over the next few months we will see more structured terms of guidance on training and trainer standards. Watch this space!
