Where it fits

eLearning works well within a blended learning strategy or on its own, helping staff develop the skills to prevent and manage behaviours of concern. It is also ideal for induction, for refresher training and as preparation for a practical skills workshop, so more workshop time goes on practising skills.

How to provide it

You can give your teams access by:

• Hosting the courses on your own learning management system
• Enrolling individual learners in Maybo's eLearning Centre
