Maybo’s Trainer Subscriptions empower your organisation to build in-house training capability, enabling your own trainers to deliver Maybo-certified programmes to an unlimited number of employees. This flexible, cost-effective model ensures consistent, high-quality training, reduces external training costs, and supports long-term workforce development. With access to superb resources, ongoing certification, and senior trainer support, your trainers stay equipped to deliver safe, effective, and compliant training that drives real behavioural change.
This document provides a breakdown of the Trainer Subscription service that we offer.
Maybo provides a “Train the Trainer” model whereby Maybo’s trainers train your own employees to deliver Maybo certified training programmes to other employees within your organisation.
Each employee that you wish to deliver Maybo programmes (referred to as “Client Trainers" or “In-House Trainers”) needs to be assigned a “Trainer Subscription”. This entitles them to participate in the Maybo Trainer Development Programme for the applicable level of Licensed Programmes and if successful, be awarded Maybo Certification. Once they have been awarded Maybo Certification, they can deliver the Licensed Programmes to an unlimited number of employees for the duration of the subscription and issue Maybo Certificates to those which successfully complete the Programmes.
Trainer Subscriptions are at one of four levels, which denotes the level of the modules that the Client Trainers are permitted to deliver from the Maybo training curriculum.
The Client Trainer must hold current Maybo trainer certification. Trainer certification is continuous providing that Client Trainers successfully complete Maybo recertification programmes at the frequency instructed by Maybo and practice and refresh their skills regularly as part of their job role.

The price is based on the number of Trainer Subscriptions purchased.
Trainer Subscriptions Fees are payable annually in advance. Trainer Subscriptions are activated upon receipt by Maybo of either payment or a purchase order [of the first year’s fee].
Where initial or recertification of Client Trainers involves a workshop component, Client Trainers can attend Maybo hosted workshops (“Open Courses”) free of charge or workshops hosted at your premises (“In-House Courses”) which are chargeable.
In-House Courses will be delivered by Maybo at your premises to a minimum of 4 Client Trainers and subject to scheduling mutually agreed with you. Daily expenses are also payable for In-House Courses and are agreed with you in advance. Cancellation fees apply, see Maybo’s terms and conditions.
