Personal Safety and Conflict Management Training for the Justice Sector

Maybo’s specialist training develops the skills of Justice sector staff to manage conflict and hostility in safe and respectful ways in a range of environments.

    Proven experience and expertise

Many of the challenging and emotive situations found within justice staff roles can be de-escalated through a greater understanding and awareness of the risks of workplace violence. Our programmes are built around the scenarios that workers face, and equally prepare them for ones they haven’t.

Maybo's conflict management and personal safety training provides teams and lone workers with the skills to prevent and defuse challenging situations while maintaining personal safety.

Navigating these situations while maintaining legality and professionalism is an important facet of our expertise and will allow participants to confidently continue their work in a productive way.
