Thank you for choosing Maybo Limited (referred to as “Maybo”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these brand guidelines) as your training provider. In these brand guidelines, we set out when and how you can use the Maybo name and logo, together with other names and logos associated with Maybo and our training approaches.
Maybo® is a registered trade mark of Maybo Ltd and/or its related entities in various jurisdictions. The Maybo brand represents safe, ethical and evidence-informed training practice.
Our names, logos and other distinctive designs are proprietary to Maybo and in a number of cases, are protected as registered trade marks. These brand guidelines are intended to promote consistent use of the Maybo brand and protect our proprietary rights. Respecting these brand guidelines will help to ensure that the Maybo brand continues to serve as a mark of quality that is trusted across the public sector and beyond.
No permission is granted to use any Maybo materials save as expressly permitted in these brand guidelines and our express written agreement is needed for any other use of Maybo materials (for example, as set out in an agreement entered into between Maybo and your organisation). If you do not accept and agree to these brand guidelines, you do not have permission to use any name or logo or other materials of Maybo and you should not use them.
As the need to address future branding concerns arises, we may cancel, revoke, modify, or change these brand guidelines from time to time without notice so please review these brand guidelines prior to any use of any of our materials. In addition, we reserve the right to revoke any previously approved use of Maybo materials at any time and you must (and must ensure that your organisation) promptly ceases such use of Maybo materials.
You may only use our names and logos in the following cases:
Client Organisations: If you are an organisation that has entered into an agreement with Maybo, you may use the Maybo names and logos throughout the term of your agreement with us solely for the purposes of identifying us as your training provider and to describe the training we are providing to your organisation in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement with us. This includes use on internal documents, websites, and client communications strictly for identification purposes only.
Certified Client Trainers: If you are a Client Trainer with a current certificate, you may state that you are a "Maybo Client Trainer" or "Maybo Certified Trainer" in respect of the particular scope of your certification only.
Training Participants: If you have attended a Maybo training course, you may state that you have attended Maybo training but must always provide accurate details of the date and nature of the training course. Please do not make generic references to the training you have received, for example, you must not state you are “Maybo trained”.
All permitted use is at all times subject to compliance with these brand guidelines.

- use any of our names and logos in connection with any training courses we have not provided.
