    With a focus on outcomes, Retail Staff will be equipped with insights of essential skills for preventing and responding to conflict situations, prioritising conflict avoidance and de-escalation.


    On completion of this programme, staff will:

    • Identify proactive measures to reduce risks of conflict.
    • Identify reactive measures that can be taken to reduce the risk when conflict situations arise.
