Developing staff understanding of children’s needs and behaviours and providing positive support and behaviour management strategies.
Our modular approach provides great flexibility allowing content to be delivered through a blend of online and trainer-led sessions, including twilight inputs.
By working together to understand your needs and requirements, we will identify the best blend of online and course based training modules and personal safety planning tools to help you create positive learning environments where children and staff feel safe and secure.
Our modules also cover how best to support children with additional needs and we provide a unique online pupil centred personal safety planning tool.
Maybo was one of the first organisations to evidence compliance with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Training Standards and we can offer children’s training Certified by BILD ACT to Services that meet requirements. Our Trainer Training is also Accredited by City & Guilds.
